Brophies Sandwich Caterers of Distinction was established in St Albans in 1987. Partners Janice and Martin Brophy, realising a life long ambition to run their own business.

The concept to combine the traditional delicatessen style bar, with a self-serve luncheon store, a new and exciting concept. Diligence within the market place and being customer lead have been major factors in the continuing success and growth of Brophies.

With eight staff we have always prided ourselves on quality training, we never compromise on the quality of our service or products. We were recognised as an Investor in People in December 2005. Innovation and creativity has kept us ahead of the pack.
