The Brophies Team
Janice and Martin met at catering college in Watford and graduated in Brighton. Working in hotels and large catering groups before setting up Brophies.
Martin is a keen singer and Janice enjoys country walking and birdwatching.
Jean joined us in 1990, her stalwart service driving our Brophies refrigerated van (a prototype) was legendary through hail, wind and snow. Jean works on production and helps with deliveries.
Janet joined in 1992 and has remained a solid member of the production team. Since 1998 Janet has maintained a high standard of quality control and customer service as production supervisor
Veronica joined the production team in 1990 and has been a constant and reliable member of the team.
Khurram joined the production team in 2004 he combines his work with Brophies with accountancy training.
Don joined the delivery team in 1996 he enjoys swimming, being a Solent veteran and regular sea swimmer.
