Martin Brophy. 3 years of catering college lead onto 17 years of experience in the hotel catering and hospitality industry. Martins' creative flair and innate charm have added to the success story that is Brophies. A local guy, well travelled and accomplished, he sings and has been involved with the performing arts most of his life.

Janice Brophy. 3 years at catering college gave her a solid grounding to work in hotels and hospitality with a bias towards accounting and control, Janice keeps a firm hand on the money. Her tenacity and hard work have made her an effective and driving force behind the Brophies story. Dining out, bird watching and sports including swimming and badminton are amongst her leisure activities.

Our team are all qualified Food Handlers and receive on-going training in risk assessment & customer care.

Meet some of the staff.

Jean joined us in 1990, her stalwart service driving our Brophies refrigerated van (a prototype) was legendary through hail, wind and snow.

Janet joined in 1992 and has remained a solid member of the production team. Since 1998 Janet as production supervisor has maintained a high standard of quality control and customer service.

Veronica joined the production team in 1990 and has been a constant and reliable member of the team.

Khurram joined the production team in 2004 he combines his work with Brophies with accountancy training. He enjoys computers and is a bit of a movie fan.

Don since 1996 has combined a career in swimming, being a Solent veteran and regular sea swimmer, has given Don a temperament to be an effective and popular sales person.
